My simple down draft fire kiln.

My raku clam kiln.

I studied this kiln plan from www.robertcomptonpottery.com .
I tried to do my own a simple raku kiln and this is my first time to do the kiln by myself.
1" fiber blanket it enough for me to fire up to 1000 c. It works very well, can fire raku within 3 hrs.

The Pig (1974)
“Nature is the unity “ “The man is the Natural “
My inspiration are that words, that the pig in the wild choice of the one source in my piece. Cause the big one is the symbolic of contrast that mean the wildness, fast and violence. I look in the best choice in element (line, volume and the detail) from the wild nature when I was young. (I was born in the country house)
